Using the dashboard
Connect your server and save configurations with confidence.
Open your server
Use Open dashboard, sign in with Discord, and select a server you manage. The public website and its examples do not change your server configuration.
Configure modules
Each module has its own settings, channel and role selections, and enable switch. Complete required channel and support-role fields before enabling tickets or AI Support. Save changes and test the resulting behaviour in Discord.
Appearance and themes
The dashboard has account appearance options, including the default black-and-gold PrynBot theme and Ocean, alongside seasonal choices. Appearance preferences are separate from your server’s operational settings.
Avoid conflicting edits
If another manager saves while you are editing, reload the latest settings before saving again. Check selected channels and role permissions after server changes.
If the dashboard will not open
Confirm the dashboard URL is accessible and try another network or browser. Website search and the ticket demo continue to work independently. Report the exact error to the support server without posting tokens or environment files.
