Moderation commands
Use /moderate for the supported warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans and case tools. Discord permissions and role hierarchy still apply. /purge removes recent messages within Discord’s applicable limits.
Configure AutoMod
Enable invite or link filtering, choose blocked words, and set mention and spam thresholds in the dashboard. Exclude suitable staff roles or channels deliberately. Configure a log channel so your team can review events.
Configure join-surge protection
Set how many joins within a time window should count as a surge. Choose alerts or the configured timeout response. These are configurable safeguards, not a guarantee that every malicious join will be identified.
Test before broad rollout
Test rules in a controlled channel with an authorised account. Keep thresholds appropriate to your community and review false positives. PrynBot does not replace staff judgement or Discord’s own safety features.
