One subscription, eligible managed servers, and subscription controls.
What the subscription covers
PrynBot Premium is €2.99 per month for one Discord buyer. A subscriber with the required server-management permission covers eligible servers they manage. Coverage depends on current permissions and an active entitlement.
Premium modules
The current Premium modules are AI Support, levels and leaderboards, giveaways, and temporary voice channels. Standard tickets, ModMail, moderation, polls, suggestions and role tools remain available free.
Subscribe through the dashboard
Open the dashboard, sign in with the Discord account that should own Premium, then open Premium & billing. Checkout is handled by Stripe. This public website does not collect payment details or create a subscription directly.
Payments and cancellation
Manage an existing Stripe subscription through the dashboard’s billing portal. Monthly renewal continues until cancelled under the settings shown at checkout. Premium is revalidated against paid subscription status; an unpaid or inactive entitlement does not keep Premium enabled indefinitely.
The operator’s final refund and cancellation terms are pending. Read the clearly labelled draft billing policy; mandatory consumer rights are not replaced by a draft.
Premium not showing
Confirm you signed into the account that bought Premium and still manage the intended server. Use the dashboard’s billing refresh after checkout. If payment succeeded but access is missing, contact support privately with a transaction reference, never a card number or secret.
