Staff application data & review
Understand identity verification, private review and retention.
How an application is linked
The unlisted recruitment workspace verifies the applicant’s Discord identity through OAuth. That sign-in requests identity access rather than server-management access. The supplied Discord username is an application answer; the verified account ID establishes ownership.
Who can see applications
Only the fixed authorised Pryn Team admin accounts can use the application review API and inbox. A server’s moderators, Premium subscribers and ordinary managers do not automatically become recruitment reviewers.
Answer only what is needed
Developer, Moderator and Both paths show relevant questions. Do not submit passwords, API keys, identity documents, exact home addresses or private third-party information. Age is entered in years; a birth date is not requested.
Retention and control
Live applications and associated internal reviews expire 90 days after submission through host maintenance. An applicant can view status, withdraw an active application or delete their application data. Private backups may still contain earlier copies. A draft is saved only in the same browser tab/session and cleared on successful submission or sign-out.
A human review process
Reviewers record status changes and private notes. Acceptance is a review decision, not an automatic role grant or an employment contract. No automated AI hiring score is applied. Contact the team through the official support server for access or privacy questions; email support@prynbot.xyz for a private response.
